How to Schedule

  1. Select your state from the drop down menu to review the rates for your area.
  2. Find an open date(s) on the Availability Calendar and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
  3. We’ll finalize any details with you and then email you an ESTIMATE / TERMS.
  4. Hit the “ACCEPT” button on the ESTIMATE / TERMS and we’ll have you booked!

We’ll work with you to create a program that fits your needs and budget.

SkyDome Availability Calendar

To schedule a program, review available dates on the calendar and fill out the form below.

  • Dates in Red are booked, tentative or N/A – Not Available due to another obligation.
  • Your selected date will be held for you with no obligations.
  • If you are hosting an evening program, the days around the first quarter moon are best for telescope lunar viewing.
  • Please allow a few days for us to respond due to our sometimes busy schedule.
  • Please note the location of programs scheduled on the day before/after your date of interest.  If it is more than a 4 hour drive to/from your location we may need to select another date.
