How to Schedule
We’ll work with you to create a program that fits your needs and budget.
- Find an open date(s) on the Availability Calendar and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
- We’ll finalize any details with you and then email you an ESTIMATE / TERMS.
- Hit the “ACCEPT” button on the ESTIMATE / TERMS and we’ll have you booked!
SkyDome Availability Calendar
To schedule a program, review available dates on the calendar and fill out the form below.
- Dates in Red are booked, tentative or N/A - Not Available due to another obligation.
- Your selected date will be held for you with no obligations.
- If you are hosting an evening program, the days around the first quarter moon are best for telescope lunar viewing.
- Please allow a few days for us to respond due to our sometimes busy schedule.
