How to Schedule

We’ll work with you to create a program that fits your needs and budget.

  1. Review the Rates for your area and the “Planning A Visit” page for logistics and space requirements.
  2. Select your date(s) of interest from the Availability Calendar and fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
  3. We’ll finalize any details with you and then email you an ESTIMATE / TERMS.
  4. Once you approve and accept the ESTIMATE / TERMS, we’ll get you on the calendar!

SkyDome Booking Calendar

To schedule a program, review available date(s) on the calendar and fill out the form below.

  • Dates in Red are either booked, [t] tentative or N/A - Not Available due to another obligation.
  • Your selected date will be held for you with no obligations.
  • You can cancel the booking at any time with no fees, unless it is cancelled after we have traveled to the site which will still incur the mileage / lodging fee.
  • If you are hosting an evening program, the days around the first quarter moon are best for telescope lunar viewing.
  • Please allow a few days for us to respond due to our sometimes busy schedule.
